About Us

Since 1993, we’ve been creating innovative exhibition stands at UK, European and international scientific congresses that balance regulatory, legal and compliance requirements with a healthy dose of creativity. Our team fully understands the nuances of designing booths for the medical sector; an industry like no other, governed by a multitude of regulations and country-specific codes.

With more than 30 years’ experience, we’re well-versed at communicating with congresses across a wide range of therapy areas — knowing exactly the questions to ask to ensure you make the most of your exhibition spend whilst remaining compliant.

Our view is that budget and plot size shouldn’t be an obstacle when it comes to making an impact in an exhibition hall. Whether we’re designing a 9sqm modular system stand on the perimeter or a 340sqm bespoke build that dominates the floorplan, our view is that strength lies in difference — which is why our booths are always unashamedly different.

Shell scheme services & support

Typically assigned to smaller plots (i.e. under 9sqm) — and installed by a venue’s inhouse build contractor.

  • These stands look like a boxy frame made up of a series of blank vertical wall panels, with header panel strips – all supported by vertical metal poles. These are the most basic stands offered in the exhibition hall.
  • OSP can provide studio support with developing print ready graphic content for the artwork panels and manage all congress, venue and build contractor liaison (including print management, stand services, furniture and AV hire etc) — ensuring your blank canvas is transformed into something special, that grabs the attention of passing delegates.

Modular icon

Modular system builds

Ideal for plots between 9sqm–20sqm.

  • Easily reconfigured to suit a variety of different sizes and layout of plot, these prefabricated systems are a cost-effective option if you exhibit at multiple congresses and have a tight budget with which to work.
  • OSP can provide a full agency service providing all congress and venue liaison, stand design and development of 3D booth visuals, content creation, furniture and AV hire, the structure, an installation and take down service, and all logistics and transport.

Ideal for plots between 9sqm–40sqm.

  • A step up from a modular system, these builds offer a bespoke-style exhibit in terms of look and feel by adding some custom-made components to a modular structure.
  • OSP can provide a full agency service providing all congress and venue liaison, stand design and development of 3D booth visuals, content creation, furniture and AV hire, the structure, an installation and take down service, and all logistics and transport.

Bespoke / Made-to-measure builds

Ideal for plots between 9sqm and above.

  • These bespoke-designed, purpose-built booths are customised to the exact specification of the space you’ve booked and your brief. Although a more expensive option, made-to-measure booths provide an opportunity to exhibit something unique that can also easily incorporate standalone delegate engagement activities, large scale AV display, and tailored catering services.
  • OSP can provide a full agency service, including detailed scoping, all congress and venue liaison, stand design and development of 3D booth visuals, content creation, furniture, catering and AV hire, structure, an installation and takedown service, and all logistics and transport.

Costs vary depending on the location of the congress, features to be incorporated (AV, catering, delegate engagement activities etc), and the level of service required but, if you can provide a topline brief, we can quickly supply ballpark figures.

Our seamless, end-to-end exhibition service includes:

  • Digest and verify the brief
    • Booth size and configuration
    • Congress and venue location
    • Type of booth
    • Overarching marketing objectives and congress goals
    • Split between commercial, medical and corporate (if required)
    • Booth features (space for content, AV/digital, furniture, zoning, meeting rooms, storage, catering etc)
